This is a very difficult time for lawyers and especially litigators.  "Social Distancing" has become a way of life to many.  As an independent mediator, I have the flexibility to meet just about any challenge when it comes to arranging a mediation session.  That means flexibility as to location, date, time. I will go anywhere in California AND I DO NOT CHARGE EXTRA FOR TRAVEL. Mediation via Zoom?  I'm ready to host your Zoom mediation session at your convenience.

Alternative Dispute Resolution

If there is one lesson I learned after over 40 years of being a litigation attorney, it is that our civil justice system, for all its faults, is the best system ever devised for resolving disputes.  But it is far from perfect.  That is why I have always believed in alternative dispute resolution.
